  1. Thank you so much for your comments.
I REALLY REALLY don't want her to be gluten intolerant. REALLY REALLY !
Oh my gosh the time in cooking with seperate pans and not cross contaminating. It is enough to make my mind spin beyond the spin cycle it's already caught in.

I also don't want her to be sick and suffer. I'm really glad that if we have to go gluten free....I'll have an expert to ask all of my questions to :)

  2. I know just how much you don't want that to have to be her reality! I want your little girl to get better and not be sick, just miraculously, all on her own without any medicine or procedures. No more night terrors or emotional changes, just a happy healthy little girl. After they've ruled out all the medical causes they can think of I hope they look for food causes before just shrugging their shoulders and sticking her on drugs. The year I got really sick was so hard because no one would help me figure out what was wrong. They thought I was crazy and just making stuff up. It must be a hundred times harder watching her be sick! If you have to deal with a food intolerance, I will help you in any way that I can. You have no idea the hard days I've had where my only positives were reading a few good blogs, laughing along with all your boys' antics and hoping the next day was easier for you. I'll keep you all in my thoughts.
